Trinergy, LLC has been serving non-profit financial institutions since 2000, specializing in core data processing. As we continue to grow, we are looking for energetic people who can work with our clients as we install, train, and support those using our software.
 

Application Support Specialist will work within a team to help clients during the initial conversion to our software, training them to use the product. In addition, tasks will include on-going phone and on-site support of the product. We are looking for a driven person who has a strong desire to both learn and teach!

Requirements Include:

    • At least 2 years credit union or banking operations experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to travel 20-40% of the time
    • Accounting experience a plus
    • Current or recent technical support experience is a plus
